Supermac’s Waterford

We were delighted to be awarded the contract for the new Supermac’s store in Waterford city. We had the task to design a new coldroom, freezer room using the most Efficient refrigeration system, we also had to design a ventilation system for the extract of all the canopy’s and to design a heat recovery system with air conditioning for the whole store.

Seagull Bakery

For one of Waterford’s finest bakeries, we were tasked with designing a specialized temperature-controlled food manufacturing facility.
Within the production space, we customized and erected a walk-in coldroom and a bread proofing room.

Part of the project was the designing and fitting of extra-large sliding doors to facilitate the moving of industrial-sized ovens.
