Project Description

We took on the task of designing a specialised temperature controlled food production facility for one of Waterford’s leading bakeries.

The project included customising and installing a walk-in cold room and a bread proofing room within the production area.

We also designed and fitted extra large sliding doors to facilitate the moving of the industrial sized ovens that are so necessary to the production of high-quality loaves of bread and patisserie products.
